As usual, the customer service provided by Joel and Jacob was exemplary. I had scheduled replacement of front brakes on my Honda, based on recommendation from an inspection. After the wheels were off, the Tech noticed that the brakes still had 35% left on them. Joel called me and said: “I want to be honest with you, we misread the earlier inspection and the brakes do not really need to be replaced at this time.” He gave me the option of continuing, or holding off the repair for another time. I said I will get them repaired later. I thanked Joel for his honesty and was very grateful for it. This spoke volumes to me about Joel’s honesty and integrity, and also the honesty and integrity of Advanced Auto Pro. Thank you.
